Knowledge. Yes, we need to learn the out and about of the business. To learn A to Z about the product or service, ways to attract and interact with clients, how to overcome obstacles and problems, and to be successful as a whole. The most effective learning point is to improve the mistakes that we have done. It is okay to make mistakes in life, as long as we learn from them, improve and not to repeat them.
Being in this business, knowledge keeps on coming. Everyday is a learning process. Attending classes are important for us to gain knowledge and to be motivated.
Mentor. For someone like me, mentor is the number one thing that I really need. Not having any business experiences, I really need help, guidance and advice for me to go further.
This business has allowed me to have a personal mentor. Salha Zain - a great mentor indeed. She has been with me in every step of my way. Tak kedekut ilmu langsung, very humble and motivating. Without her, I dont think I am in my place here right now. This is the beauty of this business. There will be a structured mentorship programme. Personal mentor for each one of us. Great huh!
System. System is the tool to the business. Nowadays, business can be operated from our tip of fingers, with the technology of smartphones etc. There are a lot of networking tools - emails, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. With these systems, we are able to operate business anywhere and at anytime, communications are lot easier, information able to go globally.
Apart from the technology tools, system can also be referred to the 'step by step' of the business. This business provides us the steps and ways to reach to a certain goal. The only thing we need to do is to just follow those steps. Bak kata Kak Salha - jalan dah ada, mentor suluhkan cahaya lagi, kita kena ikut je.
Action. This is our own individually task. No action, no result. Agree? Kalau dah ada knowledge, mentor, system, tapi tak buat action, memang sia-sia je kan.
